Rachel joined Western Retail Advisors in August 2023 as a Senior Associate. She is originally from Philly and has a background in tenant representation and leasing for national/regional retailers and landlords. Her specialties include site selection, collaborating with clients in market expansion and relocation strategy planning, lease negotiations, renewals, and helping investors identify, attract, and maintain the right renters. She is licensed in Arizona, Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

She currently represents: Fleet Feet, The Ballpark, Tillys, and Zoom Room. Notable retailers she has represented include: Banfield Pet Hospital, Bubbakoos Burritos, Buff City Soap, CBD American Shaman, FedEx Office, Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers, Kids Empire, Pet Supplies Plus, Primrose, Sherwin Williams, Spenga, and Verizon TCC.

Rachel graduated from Drexel University with a degree in Finance. She is an active member of ICSC, Arizona Chapter of NAIOP, and Urban Land Institute. In her spare time, she loves spending time outdoors, being active with her dog, and traveling.
