Megan Adamic joined Western Retail Advisors in September 2025 as a Senior Associate. With two years of industry experience, she began her career at a local development company, where she gained first-hand knowledge in retail and mixed-use development.

In addition to her development background, Megan has expertise in both tenant and landlord representation, working with clients ranging from national retailers to local mom-and-pop tenants. Originally from Ohio, she brings a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed client expectations in every project.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Megan honed her customer service skills while working with luxury automotive clients at Range Rover—experience that continues to shape her client-first approach today.

Megan resides in North Phoenix with her boyfriend, Jamison, and their dog, Ryder.
