Lee Larcher is a Senior Associate at Western Retail Advisors. He brings more than a decade of experience advising owners, operators, developers, and tenants across a diverse range of transaction types, product types, asset classes, and geographies. A thoughtful, team-oriented, and proactive leader, he approaches every assignment with an ownership mindset and a focus on long-term value creation.

Inspired by the built environment, Lee is motivated to contribute to the character and evolution of the communities he serves. A Phoenix native, he has a deep understanding of the region’s growth patterns, market dynamics, and development trajectory.

Before joining WRA, Lee worked for StreetLights Residential, managing more than $800 million in multifamily development projects and pursuits throughout the company’s West Region—aligning design intent, investment objectives, construction execution, and overall project delivery.

Prior to StreetLights, Lee worked for Kering (EPA: KER) in New York, focusing on market entry and expansion strategies for six global luxury fashion brands through market analysis, site evaluation, and underwriting.

Lee began his career at CIM Group, leading leasing efforts across 300,000 square feet of urban mixed-use assets in Los Angeles. He sourced, negotiated, and executed lease transactions with national and independent retailers and restaurants. He further honed his retail merchandising and dealmaking capabilities at Trademark Property Company, working on lifestyle projects throughout the DFW metroplex.

Lee holds an M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University and a B.B.A. in Finance & Real Estate from Texas Christian University. He is an active member of ICSC and ULI’s Partnership Forum. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, photography, and snowboarding.
