Erika Lewis joined Western Retail Advisors as the founding partner’s Executive Assistant and Director of Operations. She is a multifaceted operations professional, with extensive experience in executive support and partnership, she specializes in strategic planning, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to align organizational objectives and drive growth.

In 2020 she entered the commercial real estate world as an Executive Business Parter. She excelled in building out systems for growing departments, streamlining operations, and supporting the executive leadership team with HR responsibilities as the company scaled from 25 to 80+ employees.

Prior to her career in commercial real estate, she worked in the non-profit industry. From managing various programs in Haïti to supporting the Board of Director’s and COO at Fred Hutch Cancer Center, she became adept at managing complex initiatives, enhancing workflow efficiency, fostering team synergy, and delivering innovative solutions in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Erika graduated from Brigham Young University—Idaho in 2015 with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance. She resides with her husband in Scottsdale, AZ and in her spare time she enjoys reading, sports, and traveling to new places.
