Darrell Deshaw joined Western Retail Advisors in 2023 as Vice President with over 18 years of Commercial Real Estate industry experience. Prior to joining Western Retail Advisors, Darrell was a top performing broker at Kidder Mathews and CBC Advisors where his creative, self-driven, “can do” attitude helped him progress to where he is today. Since 2015 he has surpassed $400 Million in Nationwide sales and acquisitions. He’s completed a wide variety of transactions, working closely with developers, investors, and national franchise tenants in acquisitions, dispositions, 1031 exchanges, and sale leaseback financing. In addition to purchases and sales, Darrell has worked closely with National tenants in the site selection process and has a talent for identifying land ideal for QSRs and high-value locations in emerging markets of Phoenix.

Darrell was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a dual major in International Business and International Marketing. He has lived in Phoenix since 2000. In his free time, Darrell enjoys spending time with his daughter, playing golf, and taking advantage of the many other experiences that Phoenix has to offer.
