Chrissy joined Western Retail Advisors in 2016 after a successful ten-year career in Retail Management. She began her career at Western as an administrative assistant. Chrissy quickly took on that role with vigor, helping organize the office filing systems, and assisting the broker teams with any task they needed while handling incoming calls with excellent customer service. She then took on more duties and was promoted to the Transaction Manager role in 2019, assisting Brian Gausden and Dave Uhles with their clients and deals.

Chrissy was promoted in 2021 to the Operations Manager role, making exceptional use of her organizational skills and her highly productive nature. She has excelled in this role, taking on additional work as the company has grown, including hiring and training new employees and streamlining new processes for the team to help gain efficiencies. She is a team player who is always willing to help out and assist.

Chrissy is a mom to Claire and Ben and Aunt to Jocelyn and Andy. She and her husband, Steve, like to spend their weekends taking their kids and cousins on fun adventures and trips, especially to Disneyland. An avid Disney enthusiast, Chrissy competes in an annual Disneyland race where she has placed 4th, 9th, and 10th over the years.
