With over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, Bryan Babits is a dedicated expert specializing in landlord representation, tenant representation, and investment sales. As a Phoenix native, Bryan leverages deep market knowledge and a strategic approach to maximize value for his clients. Since joining Western Retail Advisors, Bryan has successfully executed over 450 transactions, generating more than $600,000,000 in value for his clients.

Before joining Western Retail Advisors, Bryan held a key leasing role at Weingarten Realty, where he managed a portfolio of 24 shopping centers encompassing over 2.3 million square feet across Phoenix, Tucson, and Albuquerque. He consistently earned recognition for achievements such as Top Revenue Producer, Most Deals Closed, and Greatest Rent Growth in a Single Transaction among his peers. Bryan’s expertise spans market and financial analysis, contract negotiation, and business development.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Arizona State University. He launched his career as a Development Intern with Vestar, where he gained valuable insight into the development side of commercial real estate. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), further enhancing his industry connections and expertise.

Currently, Bryan resides in Scottsdale with his wife, Natalia, and their two children, Isabella and Bennett.
