Alberto Caballero brings extensive knowledge of the Southwest market, having lived in New Mexico, Texas, and Arizona. Alberto is responsible for providing ongoing oversight of leasing activities on behalf of existing landlord clients that include Vestar, Kimco, Site Centers, Curbline, Pine Tree, Cire Equity, and Schnitzer Properties. On the tenant side, he advises a variety of tenants such as Dave’s Hot Chicken, Panera Bread, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Face Foundrie, Pause Studio, Jetset Pilates, Someburros, Smoothie King, and many others.

Prior to joining WRA, he spent six years working in the sports and entertainment industry, most recently with the Phoenix Suns. He was responsible for generating revenue for various premium experiences and cultivating relations in the Phoenix business climate.

Alberto is a graduate of The University of New Mexico and is currently on the ICSC Next Gen Committee, NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Steering Committee, and Urban Land Institute’s Young Leadership Group. Outside the office, he spends his free time at the gym and looking for ways to visit the nearest beach. He resides in Phoenix with his family and his Bernese mountain dog, Champ.
