Nordstrom Rack, Sierra Trading Post and more inked for new West Valley shopping complex

Several new major retailers have committed to SimonCRE’s Prasada North in Surprise, Arizona, where Western Retail Advisors is the exclusive leasing brokerage.

These retailers include:

• Nordstrom Inc., opening a 26,000-square-foot Nordstrom Rack, the first in the far West Valley.
• Old Navy, opening a nearly 13,000-square-foot store.
• DSW, opening a 16,500-square-foot store.
• Sierra Trading Post, opening its first Arizona store at Prasada.

Prasada North and neighboring Village at Prasada, also by SimonCRE, total 1 million square feet with 85 retailers including Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kohl’s, PetSmart, Sportsman’s Warehouse, Hobby Lobby, Sprouts Farmers Market, Boot Barn, Portillo’s, Torchys Tacos and Sneakybird.
