Administrative Assistant
Primary responsibilities are to provide general support to brokers in a boutique retail brokerage firm of 4-8 employees. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling the day-to-day administrative duties for a portion of the brokerage team while providing a positive, professional company image with all internal and external contacts, maintaining confidentiality, discretion, tact, diplomacy and flexibility in their daily work routine.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and modify documents including letters of intent, correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails for all brokers.
• Develop fluency with software used to track transaction flow. Input new transactions and close out completed deals prior to brokers’ review for processing.
• Maintain and update meeting agendas for standing weekly meetings within the office.
• Maintain project lists and spreadsheets to assist brokers with tracking client deal pipelines.
• Carry out special projects and be able to adapt to last minute tasks to help hit sensitive deadlines.
• Pull monthly pipeline reports for review by all brokers and additional reports as required.
• Assist with the preparation of materials needed for various conference throughout the year.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, copying, filing and other related duties for other brokers and staff.
• Maintain and order office supplies and oversee operation and maintenance of office equipment.
• Maintain electronic filing system for the office.
• Update and maintain company contacts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Some office experience, preferably supporting a team
• Commercial Real Estate experience preferred but not required
• Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and within an inconsistent workload; excellent time management skills
• Professionally able to respond to changing demands from multiple sources
• Advanced applications in Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint. Ability to work in Acrobat and/or Illustrator a plus

Graphic Designer
Position Overview
Western Retail Advisors, a full-service, retail-focused commercial real estate brokerage firm is seeking a full-time junior graphic designer/marketing coordinator to join our growing marketing team. With offices in Phoenix and Irvine, our team is collaborative, driven, fun and forward-thinking.
The ideal candidate must be positive, dependable, organized, flexible and able to work independently, as well as with a variety of individuals. This hybrid position will be an integral part of the marketing team by completing day-to-day graphic design tasks such as creating property marketing brochures, pitch decks, maps from aerial photos, tenant site-selection packages and KMZ files as well as other digital assets for email blasts and social media posts.
A keen eye for detail along with a mix of creative and technical know-how is essential for success in this role. This role will report to the Director of Marketing in our Phoenix office.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with internal and external designers, team members and brokers to produce high-quality marketing materials, email blasts and maps
• Carry out research and evaluate map data to lay out map designs, graphics, and illustrations

Western Retail Advisors, a full-service, retail-focused commercial real estate brokerage firm is seeking a Geographic Information Systems Specialist (GIS) to join our growing marketing team. With offices in Phoenix and Irvine, our team is collaborative, driven, fun, and forward-thinking.
The ideal candidate must be positive, dependable, organized, flexible and able to work independently, as well as with a variety of individuals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional follow through is a must. Additionally, the ability to multi-task under pressure and in a fast-paced environment is essential. This role will report to the Director of Marketing in our Phoenix office.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will be on the ground floor with unlimited possibilities with GIS projects and creativity encouraged. This individual will produce a variety of high quality geographic and demographic materials with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) concepts, practices, and procedures. Create, develop, and perform spatial analyses, and multiple database queries to facilitate commercial real estate decisions. This position works both independently and with team members to help achieved desired outcomes from brokers and team members to market their listings and guide client decisions.
This role communicates and markets our location intelligence department capabilities to our brokers, team members and their clients while also providing core analytics support to internal and external clients across business lines.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop location intelligence deliverables, both traditional and web-based, using a combination of geo-spatial, analytic, and graphic design skills.
• Extract and locate demographic and other information from various data sources
